Customer Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. All of your rights to receive benefits under this Rewards program are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Points are earned by making qualified purchases of products and services only at the Phillipsburg Honda owned and operated dealerships.
3. Qualified purchases include detail, services (excluding body shop repair), maintenance and accessories. New or pre-owned vehicle purchases and wholesale parts purchases are excluded from this program. Points are earned on customer pay transactions only. Warranty repairs do not apply.
4. 10% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next new or pre-owned vehicle purchase at Phillipsburg Honda, not to exceed $1000.
5. 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount your next 30,000 mile interval service at Phillipsburg Honda.
6. 5% of the total dollars you spend toward a qualified purchase will be redeemable in points to discount any cash pay body shop work (detail service/installed accessories/etc.) at Phillipsburg Honda.
7. Each point earned is equal to one dollar in rewards discount. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
8. Rewards points may only be transferred to immediate family members (e.g. father, mother, spouse or children residing at the same address as the member accumulating points).
9. Participation in this program is offered at the sole discretion of Phillipsburg Honda and may be terminated at any time without prior written notice. If Phillipsburg Honda terminates your participation for any reason other than your violation of our rules, your accumulated points will remain available for you to use for up to 12 months after the termination.
10. Phillipsburg Honda reserves the right to disqualify or terminate any person(s) from participation, if in their sole judgment any member violates the rules and regulations governing this program. Disqualification or termination may result in termination of an individual's program participation and/or accumulated points.
11. All members must be 18 years of age to participate.
12. Rewards points continue to accrue only if the member makes at least one qualified purchase within any 12 month period. Failure to make a qualified transaction within any twelve (12) month period will cause membership to expire. In the event of membership expiration, accumulated points must be used within two years of membership expiration or points will be forfeited
13. The program has no pre-determined termination date. The program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Phillipsburg Honda and/or SmartTech Enterprises. In the event of program termination, all members will have two years from the date of termination to redeem all accumulated points.
14. Phillipsburg Honda and SmartTech Enterprises reserve the right to audit all accounts for compliance of these rules. In the event that an audit reveals discrepancies, the processing of programming earnings may be delayed until such discrepancies are resolved. Phillipsburg Honda reserves the right to make any and all decisions as to the validity of accumulated points. All decisions are considered final.
15. Corporations, partnerships and other entities are not eligible to participate.
16. Phillipsburg Honda and program administrators reserve the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice to members.
17. Limit one Rewards card/account per vehicle purchase.
